NOTICE OF AUTHORISATION IN TERMS OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Notice is given that, in terms of Section 22 of the Environmental Conservation Act (Act No. 73 of 1989) that the Gauteng Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Environment has granted Authorisation for Bokamoso Landscape Architects and Environmental Consultants to continue with the proposed upgrading:
Name of project:
Township establishment named "Rietvlei Heights on Part of Portion 32, 33 and 35 as well as on portion 34 of the farm Doornkloof 391-JR.
The township Establishment (Rietvlei Heights) will include the following landuse:
"Residential 1" with a density of one dwelling per erf,
"Residential 2" with a density of 20 units/ha,
"Special" for access and access control,
"Special" for clubhouse, sport and recreational facilities, private open space,
"Private Open Space"
Location: The property is situated south of the proposed township Rietvlei as well as the Sesmylspruit, west of the Rietvlei Nature Reserve, and east to the extension of Goedehoop Road (also known as M57).
