NOTICE OF CONSENT USE: PORTION 184 (A PORTION OF PORTION 57), DOORNKLOOF, NO.391 JR, IN TERMS OF CLAUSE 7 OF THE PERI-URBAN AREAS TOWN PLANNING SCHEME, 1975


We, Mamphele Development Planners, being the authorized agent of the owner of portion 184
(a portion of portion 57), Doornkloof, No.391 JR, hereby give notice in terms of clause 7 of the Peri-Urban Areas Town Planning Scheme, 1975 , that we intend to apply to the Kungwini Local Municipality for a consent to establish an Exhibition Hall on the above mentioned property which is situated along R122-1 (or M57) the road between Irene and Olifantsfontein.

(i)    Proposed Land Use applied for: Exhibition Hall
(ii)    Proposed size of land: 2 Hectares (or 20 000 m²)
