Please find attached the final Scoping Report (SR) submitted to GDACE for the above said application. This final report includes the comments and objections received from registered parties, following the review of the draft Scoping Report. The appendices are not attached.

Please note that subsequent to the review of the draft SR, the applicant has removed the north-western portion of the site from this application (002/08-09/N0918). This has been detailed in the final SR (see pages 25 and 26 of the SR).

Comments received from GDACE following the review of the final Scoping Report will be made available to all parties. I anticipate receiving these comments in 30 days (4 July 2009).
