BOARD’S RESOLUTIONS  - GAUTENG (SUMMARY)

DEM NO: DEM389 (dealt together with DEM378)
DESCRIPTION: Proposed re-determination of the boundaries of Tshwane, Ekurhuleni, Metsweding, Kungwini and Nokeng tsa Teamane by dividing the Metsweding district area between Tshwane and Ekurhuleni.
BOARD’S RESOLUTION: The Board: • noted that the  section 21 notice was published on 29 May 2008 as Notice No. 1367,  in Provincial Gazette No. 144;  • considered the submissions received;  • varies the re-determination by including the farm Doornkloof 391 JR into Tshwane; • approved the publication of a section 21(5) notice and maps to show the variation.
 
(Note: Only the farms Sterkfontein 401, Witkoppies 393 and the remaining portion of Rensburg 623 will be included into Ekurhuleni. The remaining area of Metsweding will be included into
Tshwane)
